Thank you for selecting Copper Creek Golf Club & Events Center for your special event. Our professional staff is
ready to work with you to make your occasion all that you envision it to be. Our outdoor covered patio overlooking
the 18th green can accommodate up to 150 guest seating for your ceremony.

Patio Rental Investment (2018)

  • $600.00 Friday and Saturday
  • $400.00 Sunday

Patio Rental Fee Includes

  • 1-Hour rehearsal time the day prior to your Wedding Ceremony must be completed no later than 7:00 pm.
  • 3-Hour rental time for photography, decorating and Ceremony the day of your wedding
  • A fee will be charged if you request additional rental time beyond the stated times
  • A Copper Creek staff member will be present for the duration of your event
  • Set up of all chairs (150 chairs are provided by Copper Creek Golf Club & Events Center)
  • Additional white chairs can be rented for $2.50 per chair plus delivery fee
  • Guest book and gift table provided if requested

Deposit

Your full ceremony fee is due upon execution of this agreement and will be used as your deposit. The deposit is
non-refundable. Any cancellation must be made, in writing, to Copper Creek Golf Club & Events Center.
Centerpieces/Decorations

  • It is the responsibility of the event holder for all set up of decorations, centerpieces and flowers
  • Confetti and glitter may not to be used
  • Candles may be used as long as the flame is not exposed. Item must be approved prior to event
  • Taping and/or tacking to the walls and/or doors is not permitted
  • Event holder and vendors are required to remove items from the facility within a half hour from the departure time or by making arrangements through the Sales and Events Manager
  • Copper Creek Golf Club & Events Center will not be held liable or responsible for any loss and/or
    damage to personal belongings. Any damages made or replacement items will be billed to the credit
    card on file.
